The College functioning is governed by Shri. Chhatrapati Sambhaji Shikshan Sanstha, Shirur (S.C.S.S.S.) Governing Council and Local Management Committee. Shri Chhatrapati Sambhaji Shikshan Sanstha, Shirur, was established in 1989 under the noble guidance of the dynamic, committed, visionary leadership of Hon. Bapusahebji Thite, President and Ex-State Home Minister of Maharashtra State, aims to provide quality education in the fields of pharmacy, management, industrial training institute, and school education from kindergarten onwards. The institutions managed by this society have maintained high academic standards and have successfully provided trained manpower to the industrial and service sectors.

4. Vijayamala Vidyamandir English Medium School, Shirur. Established in 2007.
